I'm a Scrum and Agile techniques practitioner , with strong emphasis on team autonomy responsibility.

I’ve started my career in 2001 as a classic ASP developer in Optimus a telecom company, and i’m currently working as a senior developer in a team that is developing a 360º solution to manage all the business work flow end to end. I´ve the role of scrum master managing the team so that the sprints are delivered on time and as expected. I’m also responsible by architecture of solutions.

As part of my attributions is expected from me to challenge the team so that all are equalized as technical knowledge goes.

I love tech communities and I’m active on them going to meetups, doing technical presentations and demos.

I’m also active involved in social projects that join technology and social change. My latest on was Hack For Good promoted by Gulbenkian Foundation, one month ago. I’ve developed software to manage the process of reconverting refuges into developers. I’ve used Azure and C# to do it.
